This Medicare cam­paign shows the full com­mu­ni­ca­tion stream cre­at­ed from scratch for prospec­tive mem­bers dur­ing a sin­gle annu­al enroll­ment peri­od. The four direct mail touch­es includ­ed let­ter kits with inserts and post­cards. Alter­nat­ing in between those are four indi­vid­ual email com­mu­ni­ca­tions that rein­forced the mes­sag­ing from the direct mail. The mes­sag­ing increas­es in urgency as the enroll­ment dead­line approach­es.
